1. Who We Are

WhatsAppDrive AI is a service developed and operated by Beyondend Dev, a company registered in Turkey at Zühtüpaşa, Rıfat Bey Sk. No:2 kat:3, 34724 Kadıköy/İstanbul. You can reach us at team@beyondend.dev.

2. What WhatsAppDrive AI Is

WhatsAppDrive AI is a WhatsApp-native archiving assistant. You can use our shared WhatsApp number in a direct chat or add it to a group, link a paid license to that WhatsApp chat, and authorise the service to upload to your own Google Drive. When you reply to a file with the wdload keyword, an AI proposes a folder path and a file name based on your accompanying note and the file's metadata, and the file is uploaded directly into your Drive.

3. What We Store

To operate the service we store the following, and nothing more:

• Your license key issued by our payment partner (Polar) and the WhatsApp chat it is bound to, whether that is a direct chat or a group.
• Your customer email as provided to the payment partner, used only as a logical identifier and for support contact.
• A Google OAuth refresh token scoped to your Drive, which lets us upload files on your behalf. We also cache short-lived access tokens to avoid re-authenticating on every upload.
• An optional root folder ID if you have set a custom destination folder using wdroot.
• Your custom archiving instructions (the text you submit with wdsyspromptup), if any.
• A small rate-limit counter per connected chat, used to prevent abuse.

4. What We Do Not Store

We do not store the contents of your files. Files received via WhatsApp are processed in memory, uploaded directly to your Google Drive, and discarded. We do not keep copies, backups, mirrors, or thumbnails on our servers. We do not log file contents, message bodies, or AI prompts containing your data.

5. What We Do Not Do With Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data. We do not use your files, messages, or archiving instructions to train AI models. We do not analyse the contents of your Drive. We do not access files that you have not personally forwarded through WhatsAppDrive AI.

6. Third Parties We Rely On

To deliver the service, content you send necessarily passes through a small number of third parties under their own privacy terms:

• WhatsApp (Meta) — the messaging channel itself. Messages flow through WhatsApp's infrastructure under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
• Google (Drive) — the destination of your files and the holder of your authorisation token. Files are written to your account using a Drive-scoped OAuth token you granted.
• Groq — the AI inference provider that suggests folder paths and file names. We send only the text needed for that decision (your short note and the file's metadata: original name, size, MIME type). We do not send raw file contents.
• Polar — our payment and subscription provider. They hold your billing information, not us. We never see your card details.

7. AI Processing

When you forward a file with wdload, we send a small prompt to Groq containing your note, the file name, file size, and MIME type, plus your active archiving instructions. The AI replies with a folder path and a file name. The raw file content is not sent to the AI. The AI provider's terms apply to the prompt and response, which we do not retain on our side beyond the duration of the request.

8. Your OAuth Token

Your Google Drive refresh token is held only to perform uploads you request. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account's security page; once revoked, our copy of the token becomes useless and uploads will fail until you reconnect with wdconnect.

9. No Accounts on Our Side

You do not register with us directly. Your identity in our system is your license key (issued by Polar) and the WhatsApp chat it is bound to, whether that is a direct chat or a group. There is no separate WhatsAppDrive AI account, password, or profile to manage.

10. Data Deletion

You can have your data removed from our systems by emailing team@beyondend.dev from the address associated with your Polar subscription. We will delete the corresponding license row, OAuth refresh token, archiving instructions, and rate-limit counters. Cancelling your subscription through Polar will also cause your license to be revoked, at which point uploads stop.

11. Children's Privacy

WhatsAppDrive AI is not directed at children and is intended for use by adult subscribers with their own Google Drive accounts. We do not knowingly process data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

If we change what we store, what third parties we rely on, or how we process your data, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and notify subscribers through WhatsApp or by email. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
