This policy covers our studio website and payments offered through our product sites. The main site does not take payments. Card payments on eligible product sites may be processed by iyzico; we never see or store your card details. Product-specific privacy policies also apply. Data we collect The personal data we collect depends on how you use the site: Contact: name, email address, and message content you send by email. Technical logs: IP address, browser type, visit time, and error logs — for security and operation of the site. Browser preference: your EN/TR choice is stored locally to remember the website language. English is the default; no location lookup or marketing tracking is used. Payments: when you pay by card, the transaction is handled by iyzico. Card number, CVV, and expiry are not sent to us and we do not store them. iyzico is subject to its own privacy policy. Product use: data specific to a product you subscribe to or license (for example WhatsAppDrive AI) is processed under that product’s privacy policy. ### 3. Purposes We process your data to: Answer your inquiry and provide support. Deliver, bill, and license the digital product or subscription you bought. Verify payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties (tax, accounting). Keep the site secure and working. ### 4. Sharing We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties needed to provide the service: iyzico — processing card payments. Hosting and email providers. Other payment partners used for a purchase, as shown at checkout. Authorities where the law requires it. ### 5. Retention We keep contact records until your request is resolved and any legal retention period ends. Invoice and payment records are kept for tax and accounting periods. Technical logs are deleted or anonymized after a short time. ### 6. Your rights Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, or deletion, learn the third parties it was transferred to, and object to processing. There is no cargo, courier, or delivery address. Our products are software and digital services, delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Because digital performance begins immediately, all sales are final — no refunds are issued. The main site does not take payments; purchasing is available only where offered by the relevant product site. Last updated: September 2, 2026 ### 1. Delivery Products we offer at beyondend.dev (ClipHub, CoCrypt, WhatsAppDrive AI, Magnio, HAIMIDB, and similar) are digital. We do not ship goods. After a successful payment or the start of a free trial, access is provided immediately by electronic means. How delivery happens depends on the product: Subscription or license sold on the web: the customer portal shown at checkout and/or email or in-app activation. WhatsAppDrive AI: the license is delivered via the payment portal and WhatsApp. Details: WhatsAppDrive AI Delivery, Cancellation & Refunds. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play: delivery follows that store’s rules. There is no delivery address, tracking number, or physical delivery time. If payment succeeds and you do not receive access, write to team@beyondend.dev from the email used at checkout. Cancellation If you bought a subscription, you may cancel at any time from the customer portal of the payment partner shown at checkout (including iyzico for card payments). Cancellation stops future billing. It does not create a refund for the current or any previous period. After cancellation you may keep access until the end of the current paid period; the license then ends. If you started a free trial, cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge. ### 3. Returns / refunds All sales are final. Digital content and services are performed immediately when you pay or start a trial. By giving that confirmation you consent to immediate performance. Under Turkey’s consumer protection rules for distance contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance of digital content or services has begun with the consumer’s consent. Therefore no refund or partial refund is issued after digital delivery. This includes change of mind, accidental purchase, outages, third-party issues (for example an app store, messaging, or cloud provider), and subjective dissatisfaction. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow that store’s refund rules; if those sales do not run through iyzico or a beyondend.dev checkout, the refund terms on this page do not apply to the store sale. ### 4. Payments When you pay by card on our website, the charge may be processed by iyzico. We never see or store your card details. Price, currency, and any taxes are shown at checkout.
